Whirlwords is an entertaining and challenging game inspired by the classic ‘word chain’, where players have to connect two words by means of intermediate expressions. For example, you will find a list with a 'start’ and an ‘end’ word, and blank spaces in between, whose number will vary according to the difficulty level of the round. The idea is to fill in those blank spaces with intermediate, valid words until you get to form the final word. You can create valid words in several ways, for example, by scrambling, changing, removing and adding letters to the original term. The game has a built-in dictionary which will immediately check the validity of the words used. As you can see, it is really easy to play, and the fact that its difficulty increases as you advance makes it a very interesting word game. The program comes with 133 predefined games, to which we can add new ones with its integrated puzzle creator. The game's interface is very simple, and its main menu offers several options such as hints, restart a game, or select a new one. Those who love word games will find it an enjoyable mental challenge.
